Abstract

Shandong Province Traditional Sports School Coaches level increase than in the past, the choice of school training projects, especially the advantages of the project is more determined by the coaches personal capacity and expertise. Amateur Training motivation is to be able to go and successful competition results amateur training awards to the entrance of the studies or the number of competitions.
