Abstract


In this paper, documents, interviews, logical analysis, comparative analysis of the law, statistics, survey method, and access and reference documentation related to the development status of rural Martial Arts, and Shandong Province, part of the rural Martial Arts Development field survey of the current situation, a basic understanding of the current development of the rural Shandong Province Martial Arts, analysis of the shortcomings of martial arts development in rural areas in Shandong Province, the new rural construction and restricting the healthy development of a variety of factors; combined with the level of economic development in Shandong Province rural development of martial arts in the new rural construction in Shandong Province put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures. Martial arts as a the native fitness means of the Chinese nation, as an important project to promote fitness, promote the construction of new rural communities, and rich cultural life in rural areas, its flexible form of organization, a wealth of activities, harmonious geographical affection and convenient fitness method as well as a simple and effective means of exercise to attract the majority of the peasant masses. National traditional sports martial arts in the new rural cultural construction will undoubtedly become the preferred fitness programs. China is in the early stages of the new rural construction, the construction of new rural communities are in the testing stage. Martial arts is at an important period of strategic opportunities. Unprecedented opportunities for martial arts both opportunities and challenges. Shandong Province should seize the golden opportunity to put in place the martial arts in the development of the new building of rural communities, to comprehensively promote the new rural community cultural development, accelerate the pace of national fitness action. Through research, we found that: the imbalance due to the unbalanced regional economic development and other factors, the development of rural Shandong Province martial arts, people's thinking there is a clear regional differences. In particular, some remote, remote mountainous areas, martial arts development issues become more prominent, the awareness of the residents to participate in martial arts activities, enthusiasm, the proportion of the population involved, the understanding of the martial arts are different, uneven division of the government administration. There are some problems in the form of publicity and management aspects. Some areas of community sports fitness instructor has been equipped in place, the masses fitness and entertainment activities is booming; But there are some areas of the Community Fitness instructor actually heard, with instructor and guide and organize the activities of the masses is nowhere in sight, heard from since . There are some areas, local the Lao Quanshi of mostly old, the age of seventy years of age is still successors, martial arts heritage lean, even Endangered lost situation. In response to these problems, this paper proposes a more reasonable suggestions and countermeasures: (1) to deepen rural Martial Arts management system, the establishment of the cultural management system, and actively promote the martial arts industry in rural areas, market-oriented development; (b) strengthening the township cultural stations articulation and communication of relevant departments of the city, the establishment of a \Wushu Association, to optimize the management and professional instructors with; (e) to strengthen rural martial arts events and competitions standardization and institutionalization, development of regional representative martial arts boxing brand; (f) to encourage and organize the excavation of the martial arts, increase the protection, a positive declaration of non-material cultural heritage protection; (g) in collaboration with the mass media, step up publicity efforts to enhance the function of the rally activities.
