Abstract

Volleyball competitions in schools as part of the after-school individual sports competitions, has its unique features, and volleyball games as groups of no direct physical confrontation ball games project, on the one hand can enhance communication between students, building harmonious interpersonal relationships, cultivate teamwork capability and competitiveness of the modern society is, on the other hand, also enrich the campus culture. Organization volleyball competition is an important content of the School of Physical Education, is also an important means to promote the improvement of the level of college volleyball, is an important way to achieve the purpose of school sports. In this study, a literature method, questionnaire survey, observation, mathematical statistics, logical analysis, and other methods of research school volleyball competition on Present Situation of ordinary colleges and universities in Henan Province, the results show that: in Henan Province undergraduate colleges school volleyball contest organized by the number of small-scale, contest forms a single, low degree of attention of school leaders, venue facilities are not adequate, inadequate funding competition and other factors affect the launching of the school volleyball contest, other students lack the guidance of teachers, the project itself limited restrictions and competition level are to a certain extent on the enthusiasm of the students involved in the volleyball competition have an impact. Asked the following countermeasures for the problems: First, the increase in the number of times of the game and the teams, to expand the scale of the game; Secondly, to improve the degree of attention of school leaders, increase efforts to invest funds to expand the funding sources of; once again, perfect competition system to improve competition quality, conducting various forms of volleyball game, and vigorously promote the Gas Volleyball and Soft Volleyball; improve the construction of venues and equipment facilities, to take certain measures to strengthen the guidance of the number of teachers on the students; Finally, the increase of the propaganda of the game, in order to school Volleyball competition to achieve better development.
