Abstract


With the rise of sports teachers in the development of quality education and lifelong physical relationship to the enhancement of the national constitution, health improvement and improved quality of life, has played a unique role in the culture of the comprehensive development of talent. This determines the physical education teachers in the school education. Private college sports as an important part of the personnel training system, the level of teachers directly affect the quality and development of the private colleges sports work. Running Private Schools in the particularity of the different sources of funding for public colleges and universities, the funding problems of their own to solve the sports discipline is important to guarantee the status of physical education teachers, which is sufficient to worthy cause us the importance of physical education teachers in private colleges and research. Henan is China's most populous province, is also on Education, many students. Released by the Ministry of National Education in 2010 from 13 private colleges and universities physical education teachers the status quo, the use of management, psychology, sports disciplinary knowledge, etc., using literature data, survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis Act as a research method, the basic condition of the physical education teachers from private colleges and universities in Henan Province, occupational psychological conditions, working conditions, living conditions of four aspects of analysis Sports teacher development status of private colleges and universities in Henan Province, and the main problems in the physical education teachers of private colleges, propose appropriate countermeasures. PE teachers of private colleges and universities in Henan Province is mainly composed of two parts by the full-time teachers and external teachers, external teachers and previous college students should become the main force of the sports teachers of private colleges; the overall teachers getting younger and younger, educated the following conclusions: mostly to undergraduate TAs and lecturers, title mainly a relatively small proportion of female teachers, most of the sports teachers' seniority and length of service to the majority of five. Work put into the extent of the physical education teachers of private colleges and universities in Henan Province is relatively large, but the physical education teachers in private colleges lack a sense of belonging, and the emergence of the phenomenon of low satisfaction on their own work, and most of the physical education teachers career development holds great uncertainty resulting fluidity of the physical education teachers, unstable phenomenon. 3 basic qualities of the physical education teachers of private colleges and universities in Henan Province to complete the teaching work, a lot of work but achievements recognized compared with other disciplines more difficult; less physical education teachers to participate in training opportunities, most of the physical education teachers did not participate in further education and training of school organization ,-based self-counseling; teachers engaged in research work initiative, scientific research is relatively small. 4 private colleges and universities in Henan Province, the housing problem solved forty percent of the physical education teachers, teachers 'living conditions are satisfied value is not high; nearly half of the physical education teachers in the pay of teachers' social security problems, the school does not give pay Social Security, to participate in the social security pension and medical insurance.
