Abstract


The high level of faculty is the fundamental guarantee of a university school level , so the configuration of the vocational college teachers is the key to improve the quality of vocational education , and is also the key to the revitalization of Hubei Higher Vocational Education . The purpose of the research Hubei Higher Vocational College Teachers configuration proposed by analyzing the status of Hubei Higher Vocational College Teachers configuration , identify the the teacher configured inadequacies and analyze the reasons , the final recommendations of the corresponding optimization measures . Optimal allocation of Hubei Higher Vocational College Teachers purpose is to build a Hubei Higher Vocational Education and career development needs of faculty to adapt and improve the overall quality and level of the faculty , is an important part of the management of vocational college teachers . Firstly, to collect, access to a large number of the relevant literature , and literature collate , analyze , and learn about the achievements and shortcomings of the previous studies . Then take advantage of the comparative study, analysis of the characteristics of some developed countries, vocational college teachers Configuration Configuration Problems for the development of higher vocational college teachers , developed countries vocational education teachers configuration Implications for China . This is a very important reference to guide the development of higher vocational education reform and development .
