Abstract

Important indicator of economic development in China's rural areas and farmers is a measure of the situation of China's agricultural development, but a measure of the standard can not be confined to high and low levels of economic development. Economic development depends on the development of modern science and technology, and education is a powerful factor to promote the development of science and technology. In this paper, an angle of departure from the development of education, linked to the rural reality thinking from the development of secondary vocational education in rural areas. Firstly, based on the actual situation of the current rural, analysis and came to this conclusion, and plays an essential role in the development of secondary vocational education in rural areas for rural development and rural human resources development aimed to evoke rural secondary vocational education attention to vocational education, prejudices abandoned before it. System concept introduced by reading a lot of literature, articles from rural vocational education, secondary vocational education in rural areas, and rural industrial structure adjustment. The analysis of the problem of the current rural secondary vocational education, as it there is a certain prejudice, national policy and funding support needs to be improved and the faculty building is still important problems to be solved. The school system of secondary vocational education in rural areas is also necessary, the article describes the school-enterprise cooperation, localized school system and school school three typical modes of school cooperation. Also, should actively learn from the experience of other countries, and selectively applied to the development of rural secondary vocational education development to come, particularly with reference to and analysis of the German dual system of cooperation in education and community colleges in the United States and Australia TAFE College. Building a new countryside building a well-off society in a comprehensive secondary vocational education in rural areas in the environment can not be simply satisfied with the status quo, but to the pursuit of the goal of a higher level. So the article analyzes the urgency of the current situation and development of our country at this stage of rural human resources, this is reality, targeting secondary vocational education in rural areas is important, that focuses on the development of human resources in rural areas to contribute. Based on the basis of the above analysis, taking into account the innovation, the article focuses on countermeasures research from both macro and micro aspects to consider.
