Abstract


Career planning to help students recognize the self tap their potential and actively improve their own quality , and thus lay the foundation for future career success . Vocational colleges vocational guidance , it is not only the \Therefore, to explore a strategy suitable the Chinese vocational colleges vocational guidance work has important theoretical and practical value . The principles and procedures of this article from the definition of the content of vocational guidance , discusses the typical career choice , career development and career management theory , summed up the work of vocational guidance at home and abroad to explore practical experience on Vocational College Students Career Planning described . For a better understanding of the current vocational colleges vocational guidance work status quo , the form of questionnaires and interviews , Hubei Province the eight vocational colleges vocational guidance launched a survey to understand the students ' evaluation of vocational guidance course , demand as well as the awareness and ability level of their career planning . Statistics , based on the analysis to identify the problems and shortcomings of the current vocational colleges vocational guidance work , and deal with the problems , combined with the results of theoretical studies , a comprehensive system from three angles of the school , teaching students solutions: 1 . schools to establish full participation in the vocational guidance system , and the implementation of the full guidance mechanism , multisectoral coordination mechanism and student career exploration mechanism , building a professional career guidance teachers , and to strengthen the employment of information technology construction; 2 . vocational guidance teachers from the strengthening Discipline Construction starting to integrate the school's practical to develop comprehensive career guidance curriculum design , achieve curriculum modular , differentiated evaluation process of teaching content , and combine vocational evaluation , the development of personality counseling; vocational college students to be responsible for their own attitude , awareness-raising , as early as possible to plan their career and career exploration . This paper studies hope to provide some useful reference for the government administrative departments of education , vocational colleges , vocational high school students , to help promote the true sense of the vocational high school students career guidance work .
