Abstract

With the deepening reform of the higher education, the traditional sense of employment guidance work has not adapt to the development of society and the needs of their students, this is the college students employment management institutions put forward new challenges. I think, in today’s college students’ employment situation increasingly tense situation, university employment service work in promoting college students’ effective employment plays a crucial role, employment service work thorough degree, actor degree will directly determine the quality of the employment of college graduates. At the same time, college students employment management agency service ability, enhance education itself but also the development of higher education, suit the orientation of the development of higher education, deepen the reform of higher education teaching, to reflect, and the service function of promoting "education products" life value and society value realization, and other aspects of the important practical significance. Therefore, improving university students’ employment management agency service capability studies, appear particularly valuable.This article through the form of questionnaire and interviews, several universities 1,000 college students and college students employment management agencies working personnel for interview and questionnaire survey of college students contents is divided into: employment management services form and content, of agency establishment and operation mode, working personnel circumstance, site and funding situation and service ability five aspects. On the basis of investigation and interview obtained this information, and first-hand data analyzed our college students employment management agency service capacity situation, found the influence agency service capacity problem, then analysis the causes of the existing problems.In this study, the basis for effectively improving university students’ employment management agency service ability, this article from the two aspects to internal and external factors, put forward the solution of the problem. First of all, the paper proposes to build a government, university, college students employment management institutions, students, unit of choose and employ persons and so on the new subject relationships. In constructing new subject of relations between the external factors, discusses the idea of each subject in improving university students’ employment in for service ability of management agency responsibilities and obligations, puts forward the government must complete macro regulation and policy guidance for college students employment to create a good atmosphere; Universities should make school development and employment organic combination; University students’ employment management agencies for their services to functional positioning; Students should bring the subjective initiative, and strengthen their employment ability; The employing unit is to actively provide practice base, build employment platform.
