Abstract


Opportunities for Higher Education Equal extremely significant for the all-round development of China's education and social influence and role . With the process of promoting the popularization of higher education , the cause of higher education in our country has made ??great achievements in higher education enrollment rate has improved significantly , the successful transition from elite education to mass higher education , but the imbalance of urban and rural development of higher education becoming increasingly apparent. In this paper, the use of literature , comparative law , surveys and other research methods , aimed at by the empirical analysis of urban and rural students to higher education opportunities , reveals the unequal status quo of urban and rural students to higher education opportunities and problems , and in -depth analysis on the basis of analyzes the influencing factors of urban and rural students to higher education opportunities differences . The analysis shows that the urban-rural dual structure , income differences , family culture , Admission system , charging system , etc., have an adverse impact on equality of opportunity for higher education enrollment . I believe that the recent years , higher education enrollment opportunities for rural students in general is increasing , but the gap between urban and rural areas is still very large , and the performance of the specific aspects of the more prominent . Rural students in higher education enrollment opportunities at different levels , different types of colleges and universities , as well as between different professions and gender inequality in the situation to our attention . The article by studying the distribution of Higher Education opportunities in urban and rural areas , to prevent the increase of the gap between the rich and the poor , and safeguard the interests of vulnerable groups , to achieve equality in the right to education , the practical implementation of the requirements of the building of a harmonious society is very important and necessary .
