Abstract


The purpose of college students and career planning status quo and its related factors (including personal attitude, social support, demographic variables and other factors), the vocational training to promote the role of the college students career planning. Object university graduates from the Shanxi Xinghualing 2010 randomly selected 410 for the survey, using completely random sampling method, more than a dozen professional involved in history, psychology, chemistry, arts and natural science. Selected from the survey were voluntary participation in vocational training to meet the requirements 36 select 36 students at the same time as the experimental group, homologous control (gender, age, profession of the same) as the control group. Results of a questionnaire survey tool as follows: (1) all valid data for their own short-term career planning, college students accounted for 53.37%, want to participate in vocational training college students accounted for 81.94%, and have not heard or I do not know what career planning, college students accounted for 10.51%. (2) part of the girls are entering traditional boys dominated industry, liberal arts students more inclined to choose traditionally female occupations and gender fuzzy vocational, social support career self-efficacy mediated the impact of career choices. Vocational training intervention to the experimental results of the intervention post-test and delayed post-test observation repeated-measures analysis of variance and multivariate analysis of variance, the results are as follows: the experimental group and the control group AQ level and social support in the implementation of intervention a statistically significant difference in the level of utilization of social support. Conclusion 1 is not perfect, career planning exists in the study, one of the important professional issues. 2, vocational training is an effective intervention method can be accepted by the majority of college students to promote the career planning of university students through vocational training.
