Abstract


At present, New Curriculum Reform is moving its top gear cross the whole country. As a key procedure of the new curriculum reform, teaching formative evaluation plays an important role in guiding and supervising. Scientific teaching formative evaluation can increase the teaching efficiency so as to help realize the aim of the new curriculum.Aiming to develop, the new round of basic education curriculum reform focuses on procedure, which demands new requirement of teaching formative evaluation. Developmental curriculum formative evaluation system is supposed to be built, which not only asks for the reform of teaching formative evaluation system, but also means the change of teaching formative evaluation principles, teaching approaches as well as teaching methods. From this point, the problems about teaching formative evaluation existing in Math teaching procedure in senior high school and their solutions are well worth studying.By investigating the application and implementation of mathematics teaching formative evaluation in senior high school, this paper aims to find out the existing problems, analyze the causes combining with specific teaching experiment and explore the main theories and principles while the teaching formative evaluation is formed in Math teaching procedure in senior high school. The author tries to create a proper study atmosphere for the students and supply more opportunities for them to participate in class encouraging students to explore, discover and solve problems, which fully reflects the dominant role of the students.This paper investigated the Math teaching formative evaluation in senior high school. The author made questionnaire surveys and interviews in JiNing No.1 Middle School, from which we can see that although the teaching formative evaluation has been used in Math lessons, the researches on it have fallen behind. As the cognitive subjects, students are passive in teaching formative evaluation. Their absence in teaching formative evaluation does nothing good to fostering their creativity and training them to develop all-round.According to the situation above, the author proposes a new method of Math teaching formative evaluation in senior high school under the background of the new curriculum, as well as a few principals accordingly:development , comprehensive , diversity , educational and flexibility , and advocates to construct scientific and reasonable formative evaluation system in corresponding fields.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in Math teaching formative evaluation in senior high school and the solutions accordingly, an experiment has been carried on in the class that the author has been teaching. The result shows that the students own greater Math thinking ability and make evident progress who are in the class where the teaching formative evaluation functions better is higher, which proves the function of teaching formative evaluation proposed by the author.
