Abstract


Junior middle school students are in body and mind developing rapidly and learning to participate in social public life, the important stage in the public life of interpersonal, and can get needs interpersonal skills of junior high school students from form the pro-social behaviors start. The nurturance pro-social behaviors "as a part of the junior moral character of students, form a positive outlook on life and values and interpersonal skills of great guiding role. At present, middle school students pro-social behaviors intention is good, but the mainstream direction with the social harmony, the requirements of the development of a nation’s civilization has a certain disparity. Therefore, the cultivation of junior high school students pro-social behaviors not only to favor the student more comprehensive health development also is helpful for the construction of harmonious society. However, in the school education and present not attach importance to the cultivation of students’ pro-social behaviors of imparting knowledge but too much attention, in addition the nurturance pro-social behaviors "this lesson in the actual teaching contents and teaching methods of both teaching there are a lot of problems and the insufficiency, this paper aims to survey the form of questionnaire find problems and countermeasures, find improvement from the teaching contents and teaching methods, etc for this class provides better reference.Moral character is the important performance junior middle school education, which is dedicated to cultivate junior high school students form good morals, and pro-social behaviors in the growth of the cultivation of junior high school students plays an important role in the process. In the rapid development of economy, society, moral character today to the student the cultivation of pro-social behaviors face many challenges, oneself also has a lot of problems. This paper, starting from the teaching the actual status of the present stage trained seek to improve effective countermeasures. The article is divided into three parts:The first part of the topics described in the introduction in the reason and meaning of the definition of middle school students pro-social behavior, status, methods and ideas, and innovation and so on. The second part, to the junior middle school moral character to the cultivation of students’ pro-social behaviors questionnaire, the main current problems and find the following: (1) schools lack education and thinking of students tasted class cultivate pro-social behaviors enough attention (2) textbooks on pro-social behaviors concept fuzzy, the course layout system is not perfected (3) teaching situation is overmuch, teaching methods mixed and disorderly (1) pro-social behaviors cultivation lack of experience links (2) think product class pro-social behaviors cultivation of feedback and lack of reasonable evaluation system.The third part, discusses the moral character of middle-school students pro-social behaviors training should follow the principles such as: "people-oriented", pay attention to students’ development; Combined with junior high school student psychological development characteristics; Combining theory with practice.The fourth part, and tries to students based on junior middle school thought moral cultivation pro-social behaviors of the problem and the countermeasures of middle school is students form, the key period of pro-social behaviors in moral character, of setting the nurturance pro-social behaviors of the content also is very be necessary, think product class teachers from teaching in class and after two aspects: cultivating students actively the pro-social behaviors, make students get better and more comprehensive development.
