Abstract


The current cost management of our enterprises, restricted by historical and realistic conditions, most companies will remain in rude, of which the management and technology can’t catch their evolution. Enterprises often make the relevant cost accounting after designs, marketing, producing and sale to make proposed advices according to results of accounts lagging response. These will cause an adverse effect to correct decisions of operators and enterprises. These enterprises’manage pattern has to improve as soon as possible. In order to the minimum cost asking for JIT ,GuangZhou Seiko Watch (GSW) usually orders parts from Suppliers by the way of regular mass purchasing orders , at the same time ,asks for finish these order in a short-term from supplies to ensure that GSW is able to accomplish orders stably under limited productivity. With this simple Pull Production system, GWS becomes slow and passive to the great change in market, so urgently to explore a new forms to achieve greater development.This paper is studies to combining the push-and-pull production system.First of all, the paper analyzes the traditional and single operation way, and studies the operation way making use of“push-and-pull“to simulate anticipated controlling order.Secondly, specifically with a present research of the GSW supplier, I analyses industry background and supplier efficiency condition as the feasible research of“push-and-pull“.Then comparing the simulated anticipating method and the traditional management, it can bring the benefits and advantages from the anticipated orders and the inevitability and necessity of this approach, besides it shows the Optimization of anticipated orders for final review and outlook.
