Abstract


In this study, young people learn entrepreneurial skills questionnaire is presented in the context of Chinese high school students entrepreneurship should be a multi-dimensional structure . And to further explore the entrepreneurial capacity of high school students on college students' entrepreneurial intentions. Based on previous studies also raised the intermediary role of control beliefs . The high school students entrepreneurial skills , students start the relationship between intention and control beliefs combing high school students to develop entrepreneurial skills and college students entrepreneurial intention , control beliefs conceptual model . Through theoretical review of previous studies , case interviews, comparative analysis and survey and statistical analysis , the study reached the following important conclusions : 1. High school entrepreneurship is a five -dimensional structure: creativity , responsibility, interpersonal skills , toughness , Leadership . 2 high school students and college students entrepreneurship control beliefs are all business students have positive predictor of intention . 3 control beliefs in high school students and college students entrepreneurship plays an intermediary role between entrepreneurial intention . High school relationships entrepreneurial ability , toughness , leadership, three factors are fully mediated by controlling the role of faith have an impact on the entrepreneurial intention ; while locus of control responsibility , creativity, two factors play a partial mediating role . In addition, in practice , this study demonstrated early entrepreneurs entrepreneurship education in shaping the process of training and the important role , demonstration of entrepreneurship education is to raise the level of the whole society an effective way to entrepreneurship , and the focus on entrepreneurship education , entrepreneurship education content structure and methods in an empirical point of view based on the improvements .
