Abstract


Primary school students physical and mental growth of the critical period. Today's students are mostly only one child, how to grasp the characteristics of students at this stage , the implementation of effective daily management , so as to nurture students to develop good habits, good education and teaching is an important foundation . Currently, the daily management of the status quo how pupils , whether managers to carry out a targeted and meaningful daily management of its management method is effective, efficient, managers are worthy of rational thinking and active exploration. In view of this , the author Tai'an City pupils to investigate the object of study, experts and scholars from home and abroad on student management issues of research results, the use of literature research , case analysis, questionnaire method, to understand the status of students 'daily behavior , collecting students' school management information accurate and systematic feedback and teachers in student management position and role , analysis, evaluation and appraisal, identify problems to study and make some suggestions and strategies. Author attempts from both theoretical and practical aspects of the daily management of primary school students conduct a comprehensive and systematic study , from the student's psychological characteristics , cognitive level departure , layered progressive , the pursuit of the good management , and strive to actively establish one kind of camp specification , loose , democratic, active participation of students , harmonious management philosophy , and explore science can learn to effectively meet students' age characteristics of management methods and approaches . This paper is divided into four sections. Introduction section presents the daily management of pupils Tai'an problems ; daily management of primary school students has defined the concept ; to study abroad on the issue conducted literature review ; identify research methods and study. By the first part of the questionnaire , on the material gathered from a comprehensive analysis and study of the characteristics of the daily management of pupils clearly identify the problems . The second part analyzes the causes of the problem . Out for the second part of the third part of the root of the problem , propose solutions to problems six advice and strategies.
