Abstract

With the development of modern information technology, information technology into all areas of social life, and education is no exception. At present, China is carrying out a large-scale education, information technology, and has made outstanding achievements. The arrival of the information society, calling for teachers and to improve information literacy, information literacy teachers become teachers qualities important part of the structure. However, in our educational information, but too much emphasis on the process of building infrastructure and other hardware construction, ignoring the majority of teachers and improving information literacy training, which will affect the process of education, information technology, information literacy affect future generations to develop. In our country's basic education in rural schools occupy a large proportion of rural education and the wide coverage, uneven distribution, in which the environment is not the same as the overall educational foundation is weak, so the development of education in rural areas of information technology is not so easy . Education information is intended to implement quality education, cultivate innovative talents, while the rural information technology in education is a key part of the rapid increase in information literacy of rural teachers. Construction of a high-quality teachers in rural primary schools, is comprehensively improve the quality of education in rural primary key. Since the development of basic education in urban and rural areas is not balanced, resulting in a rural primary school teachers in the educational ideas, information environment, there is a certain gap. The popularity of the campus network, information technology and curriculum integration, teachers must have high information literacy. Information literacy of primary school teachers in rural areas the level of primary education in rural areas is directly related to information technology development process. Therefore, improving the rural primary school teachers in information literacy become imperative. This study selected Zhaoyuan rural primary school teachers as the research object, the first in the literature review based on the content of information literacy characteristics, in-depth analysis of the constituent elements of teachers' information literacy, information literacy teachers, including teachers of primary information awareness, teachers information ethics, information and knowledge of teachers, teachers' information ability; Then, based on these elements on the current status of information literacy in rural primary school teachers conducted a survey and found that the main problems are: current rural primary school teachers information literacy serious deficiencies, the performance of information awareness indifference, moral imperfect information, lack of information and knowledge, the information capacity is limited; analyze the reasons for lack of information literacy, information literacy missing main reasons are: education foundation is weak, the old concept of consciousness, management lags behind, training is not enough; concludes improve rural primary teacher information literacy strategies to enhance strategy is to change the concept, creating an environment to enhance the training, strengthen the application. To make information literacy in rural primary school teachers rapid increase, the need to improve teachers 'sense of information, updating concepts of education; develop appropriate management measures to improve the teachers' information literacy to form a good atmosphere; improve software construction, to improve information literacy teachers to create a good basis for environmental ; teaching practice, to take a diversified approach to training; strengthen teaching practice in the application. Hoping to get relevant educational institutions and teachers attention, in rural primary school teachers in the use of information literacy training related strategies to improve rural primary school teachers in Yantai information literacy standards. In this study, investigation, documentation and other research methods, qualitative research-oriented in order to build information literacy training primary school teachers in rural areas a good strategy is innovation. In view of the domestic situation in rural primary schools have very similar, therefore, this study not only can be used as Yantai Zhaoyuan how to effectively improve rural primary school teachers in the case of information literacy, but also for the nation's rural primary school teachers, educators and school management those who have a certain reference value. Framework paper: first is the introduction, elaborated study the origin, literature review, research significance, research methods, and then the text is divided into four parts. The first part is an overview from the concept of information literacy, information literacy structure, the characteristics of information literacy to information literacy were defined; then combined with the structure of information literacy, information literacy teachers to clarify the structure of teachers' information literacy structural elements are: teacher sense of information, teachers 'information ethics, information and knowledge of teachers, teachers' information ability, and each of these elements were refined. The second part is Zhaoyuan information literacy status of rural primary school teachers, first introduced in rural primary Zhaoyuan overview, then describes the questionnaire design and survey implementation process, the final statistical analysis of survey data. The third part is a rural primary school teachers in Zhaoyuan problems in information literacy, through the investigation results indicate Zhaoyuan information literacy in rural primary school teachers lack the presence, combined with the reality cause analysis.
