Abstract


Cooperation in teaching and research teachers through co-ordinated series of actions taken to study the problem of teaching mode. It promotes the new curriculum reform, teacher professional development, the school sustainable development a huge role. However, the impact of the traditional concepts of education, the new curriculum to promote cooperation in teaching and research activities, because of the constraints of time, content, leader of the conditions and other factors, many of the problems encountered in the actual work of teachers, can not be obtained in a timely manner, effective solution. The advent of the information age increasingly highlight the role of the network in the teaching and research aspects, network teaching and research platform for teachers' professional growth played an important role in a resource-rich, equal exchanges and timely communication platform for the majority of teachers, education for teachers teaching and research opens a new door, let them breathe freedom and fresh air, so as to teachers' personal self-reflection, peer support and professional in a greater range of conditions lead. Network cooperation in teaching and research to each teacher with equal space to showcase their talent, promote harmony, equality, democracy and learning atmosphere, to encourage different teaching thinking of the collision, the formation of different teaching styles, so that we have full equality discourse rights. Therefore, how the network cooperation EDITION become an urgent problem to be solved. In this study, the network teaching and research to promote the professional development of teachers as a clue, mainly from the following aspects of network teaching and research system. First of all, by the method of literature review, starting from conventional teaching and research to the historical development of the network teaching and research background, analysis and elaboration of the meaning and characteristics of the network teaching and research, and sort out the theoretical basis of the network teaching and research from the constructivist theory perspective, realistic basis . Secondly, content analysis, questionnaires and other methods of teachers participating in the network of teaching and research patterns, behaviors, academic attitude to summarize, summary and analysis, describing the results of the study, which has a mechanism for the establishment of a network of teaching and research to promote the professional development of teachers far-reaching significance. After a series of research, this study has made some achievements. (1) define the concept of network environment, cooperation in teaching and research to promote the professional development of teachers, determine the constructivist learning theory, the theory of educational action research, learning the theory of the Community, the theory of communicative action, group dynamics theory and team-building theory as a network co-teaching and research foundation. (2) on the basis of analyzing the network cooperation in teaching and research practice, describes the main mode of cooperation in teaching and research network, which includes collective classes online, online peer support, online seminars, online experts to lead the online self-reflection; established network cooperation in teaching and research program is established, design, action, reflect, results expressed. Narrative methods of teachers participating in the network of cooperation in teaching and research, (3) the use of content analysis describes the basic structure of the narrative of teacher education, and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the network cooperation in teaching and research. (4) In this study, based on interviews with teachers prepared a questionnaire, conducted a survey and analysis of the behavior of teachers participating in the network cooperation in teaching and research, survey results show that teachers network cooperation in teaching and research is held the attitude certainly agree that the teaching and research of network cooperation help to promote their professional development is conducive to the enhancement of self-information literacy, is conducive to the improvement of their own teaching ability. The innovation lies in the following three aspects. (1) on the basis of analyzing the network cooperation in teaching and research practice, the researchers describe the main mode of network cooperation in teaching and research, and to establish a network of cooperation in teaching and research program, which has played a positive role in promoting the teaching and research carried out on the network. (2) content analysis of teachers participating in the network of cooperation in teaching and research narrative methods, describes the basic structure of the narrative of teacher education, and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the network cooperation in teaching and research. (3) In this study, based on interviews with teachers self questionnaire and conducted a survey and analysis of the behavior of teachers participating in the network of cooperation in teaching and research. Future research work to further improve the effectiveness of network cooperation in teaching and research, initiative.
