Abstract


Young people are the future builders of the motherland , the successors to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics . Young people 's legal awareness and moral consciousness condition is directly related to the quality of the Chinese nation as a whole , the relationship between the country's future and destiny of the nation . Over the past decade, with the rule of law in this system works in full swing , the universal awareness of the law updates , society as a whole gradually formed the belief in the law , to establish the concept of the supremacy of law . Especially with the strengthening of the rule of law education in primary and secondary schools , the majority of young people 's awareness of the law has been generally improved . But at the same time , with the deepening of reform and opening , and a variety of social thought , values ??cleanse , not yet mature young people of the world , life and values ??generated some kind of impact and influence . The society is in a period of change , they are faced with the modern way of life and the traditional concept of conflict , in the face of the various trends staggered downs and interactions between , they often seemed at a loss . This makes the idea of contemporary youth showing positive and negative factors , advanced consciousness and backward mentalities are intertwined , conflicting situation . Therefore , in the context of the rule of law , to do the work of young people's ideological and moral , must deeply understand the social environment affect the growth of young people , to seize the key factor , in order to take appropriate countermeasures . Reflect in this paper based on detailed and thorough questionnaire , through scientific analysis of contemporary young people's ideological and moral status quo in the rule of law in the context of the times and the problems and causes . Shortcomings from the school moral education , family moral education , and social environment of the ideological and moral , which puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to guide and regulate the thinking and behavior of young people , to help them learn the knowledge of the law to form the basic awareness of the law , while looking forward to better strengthen the contemporary ideological and moral awareness , promote comprehensive, healthy growth of contemporary minors .
