Abstract


The evaluation of teachers' professional ethics, educational ethics and pedagogy hot issues of concern and research. The moral evaluation of teachers, also known as the ethical evaluation of teachers is an important activity in the form of education and moral education ethical principles and norms to be adhered to and for teachers guarantee ethical behavior. However, through a large number of phenomena observed and theoretical analysis, we find that China's evaluation system of teachers 'professional ethics are less developed, this situation is bound to lead to the functions and role of teachers' moral disorders, and thus make morality lose its meaning and becomes no all living things. Therefore, the change of the status of the lack of moral evaluation system of teachers, Ethics vigorously strengthen ethics evaluation system is imperative. In this study, starting from the evaluation of teachers 'professional ethics theoretical interpretation, the scientific establish the specific recommendations of the evaluation system of teachers' moral and ethics evaluation system exists in-depth analysis of the problem and its causes. The text is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introductory section of this article. This chapter, including the topics of the purpose and significance, literature review, research methods and theoretical innovations, mainly from the theoretical background of the topic and the realities of the current construction of the importance of the evaluation system for teachers' professional ethics. The second chapter deals with the evaluation of teachers' professional ethics knowledge. The focus of this section explains the meaning of the evaluation of teachers' professional ethics, meaning, evaluation criteria, based on its form also introduces the theory of ethics, teachers, professional ethics and moral evaluation. The third chapter focuses on the problems in the contemporary evaluation of teachers' professional ethics, and analysis of its causes. Part of the problem were described from the four aspects of the status of teachers' professional ethics, evaluation standards of professional ethics of teachers, teachers' professional ethics evaluation basis, teachers' professional ethics evaluation value orientation. The reason analysis included evaluation of the importance of teachers 'professional ethics lack of knowledge, lack of practical evaluation of teachers' professional ethics, further studies still led the four parts of the evaluation of teachers 'professional ethics is an important criterion of evaluation of teachers' professional ethics and a meta-evaluation of the main ways. The fourth chapter describes the contemporary evaluation system of teachers' professional ethics Ethics. This chapter is the problem part of the solution of this thesis, mainly from evaluation to enhance teachers 'professional ethics degree of attention to the practical evaluation of teachers' professional ethics concept led to establish effective evaluation criteria for teachers 'professional ethics, the development of teachers' professional ethics evaluation instead of Awarding teachers 'professional ethics assessment and evaluation methods of teachers' professional ethics diversification in five areas to be addressed.
