One of the China’s economy developments is migrant workers. In social transformation period, many farmers leave their home, go to city for employment. With this trend, many problems have arisen. Since 1978, after the reform and opening policy, the number of migrant workers is increasing year by year; however, the discrimination of Migrant workers employment is still exist. About such problems, if there are no relevant measures to solve, it will bring many social problems. In 2008, with the global financial crisis, many migrant workers lost their works, their employment become a social hot issue.This essay basis on theoretical analysis, reveal the deep problems, combined with the advanced experience of the western developed countries, find the problems existing in the farmer workers’employment, Points out that our government should put macro-control policies, Migrant workers improve their qualification aspects.This paper further pointed that the migrant workers return should solve system flaw, the government should provide more policy tilt, provide financial support, and activate farmers’ enthusiasm. Take strong measures to resolve the problem of unemployment, it will promote the development of China’s rural economy and the construction of a harmonious society.
