Abstract


2010 central document issued by the State Council, the first use of a new generation of migrant workers is the word. Along with China's industrialization and urbanization progresses, the new generation of migrant workers increasingly severe employment problems, has been the party and government and the community's strong concern in this paper is the new generation of migrant workers in urban employment as the research object, trying to integrate large amounts of data, analytical difficulties caused by the new generation of migrant workers the reasons for China's government to solve the employment problem of generation of migrant workers provide a valuable reference. Text is divided into six parts. The first part sets out the background research, reviewed relevant research status; clarify the purpose of this study, the significance and basic ideas; describes the main research methods used; and pointed out the lack of innovation and research. The second part of the urbanization, employment, generation of migrant workers and other related concepts defined, reviewed, and labor economics Marxist theories. The third part in the integration of large amounts of data, based on the stability of employment from, wage levels, conditions of employment, enjoy the level of social security, employment rights protection and vocational training and other aspects of the new generation of migrant workers employment status are described. The fourth part of the dilemma attribution to explore, mainly from the social and economic development constraints, lack of government support, corporate barriers and restrictions on their own generation of migrant workers to analyze the cause of these four aspects of the new generation of migrant workers plight causes. Section V presents the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: First, social level, should improve the employment environment for the new generation of migrant workers, mainly from the strengthening of economic construction, promote the process of urbanization, to create a good social atmosphere three aspects of the argument; second , the Government should strengthen management and employment services, mainly from the strengthening of relevant system construction, improve government management and service, accelerate the development of rural education in three areas were demonstrated; Third, enterprises should actively promote, mainly from the create a good corporate culture the law protect the interests of the new generation of migrant workers, regularly carry out employment training were demonstrated in three areas; fourth generation of migrant workers, the need to focus through the various ways to improve their quality. Part VI, the article finally came to the conclusion: society, government public service departments, enterprises and generation of migrant workers themselves should be active efforts from different angles, so that the new generation of migrant workers out of employment difficulties.
