Abstract


Community is the cell of society , community and cultural life of the soul of the community , have gradually become the core of community building . In recent years , with the deepening of reform and accelerate the process of socialization , people from different social space into the community , different ideas , needs and concerns were taken to the community, so that the community for a variety of issues converge , community culture cohesion is particularly important. Strengthen community cultural development, give full play to the community culture on an important role in building a harmonious community , effectively promote urban modernization , building a harmonious society has become an inevitable requirement . In this context , this paper based on reality, drawing on relevant concepts and theories have been based on , through the \problems , analyze causes of the problems , propose solutions , to explore the city community culture construction methodological approach . Paper is divided into three parts: Part I: Introduction . First, to clarify the reasons for choosing this topic , research background and significance . Secondly, community, cultural , community and cultural concepts , features in-depth interpretation and induction , so that people of the community culture is clearer . Final analysis of this issue at home and abroad for community cultural research status . Part II : Xi'an Xincheng District Community Cultural Construction Survey and Analysis . For new city community culture construction in Xi'an and its light under the jurisdiction of community cultural construction of the West conducted a comprehensive survey of experiences, combing the problem . Part III: Suggestions. Through the new city community culture construction in Xi'an and West Light Community Culture typical analysis and summarized, come out of the current Urban Community Culture Construction should pay attention to the problems of positive significance to the feasibility of proposed recommendations .
