Abstract


In the present stage our country,technical knowledge, has become a more and more new important elements of productive and economic development of strategic resources. The transmission of knowledge in economic also become the more and more major role in social development. It is ralated to the technical whether knowledge can be realized exteriorization, to achieve the social application functions. At the same time, the spread also promote the exchange of different kind of knowledge, react in technical knowledge itself, to form a two-way development. So discuss the the essence and the form from the sight of philosoph and bring it in the basic theory of communication, work out the mode of technology’s transmission is very important to the development of our technology.This article first discusses the technical knowledge from the singt of philosophical nature, and find out the biggest diffrence is the character which hard to describe. Discuss the essence and the form from three aspects:consciousness form, symbolic form and physical form. Then have a talk on the the spread technical knowledg of the general theory and mechanism. The article wants to accord to different carriers in technical knowledge of the difference on the spread of the existence to divided the transmission mode into its character to represent. Finally summarize the knowledge of the native spread, use the successful experience from foreign, try to make contribute ideas to improved the spread of technology knowledge and achieve its transmission efficiency better.In real life, technical knowledge is everywhere, there are three forms:consciousness form, symbolic form and physical form. This atical summarizes the three carriers of technical knowledge according to the three essences, they are the content of human brain, the information and the solid technology. The authors think that the character which hard to describe makes the diffrence between the technical knowledge and the normal knowledge, so divided three special forms:the consistency mode, the actors network model and the hierarchy model.
