Abstract


With the reform and opening up thirty years of development, China social gradually entered an important period of development and turning point. With the development of market economy and perfect, political system reform, social culture also toward the direction of development, people diversity except concerns to their development, but also began to focus on the development of the country in the reform and development, its benefit pattern. With the introduction of western citizen social thought, democracy and legal system of social development has increasingly become the citizen consciousness theme, people from all walks of life to enhance civil society in China, the research also gradually unfolded.Since 1994 China international Internet access since the Internet to get a rapid development. By 2010, China’s netizens to area of 3 big functions 4.57 billion people, for 34.3% Internet penetration rate. Along with the rapid development of Internet, all kinds of network freshman affairs are not uncommon. Network media in constructing process of civil society in China has played an important role. As the 3G mobile phone business investment market, a new network application form- "micro blog" also arises at the historic moment. Although circles on micro blogs and social research, but these studies are rampant in micro blogs or just only for civil society’s research, and no one will micro blogs spread relations with civil society research systems. As network media micro blogs and citizen society with the relationship between how? This is the question of the study in this paper.This paper first chapter first to the micro blog and civil society theory systematically summarized, through analysis of comb and summarized at present in China, the rise of micro blog, development and its current state; Based on the theory of civil society, discusses the micro blogs combed the applicability of the distribution of civil society. The second chapter mainly discussed the network media and civil society relationship, because micro blogs itself belongs to a new kind of Internet media, system analysis network transmission and citizen society relationship can inspire us better find micro blogs spread and citizens club relationship.The third rules were analyzed systematically the propagation characteristics of blog itself and the propagation characteristics of civil society in constructing China emerged in the course of irreplaceable positive role and its limitations, and on how to make better use of micro blogs promote construction of civil society in China put forward pertinence comments and suggestions. The fourth chapter from the angle of civil society, civil society to the micro analysis produced blog development, and promote the role of micro blogs to better direction.
