Abstract


In recent years , in the context of the era of economic globalization , social complexity and the natural environment is deteriorating , the public crisis by episodic into frequent our country is also in the public crisis period of high , more and more frequently to stimulate a variety of crises the nerves of the public , in addition to performance in traditional areas such as floods, earthquakes, mining accidents , epidemic comes to finance, international politics and other areas of modern science and technology , has seriously affected the people 's production and life , disrupting the normal social order . These events are all strong burst and a high degree of uncertainty , and the situation evolved rapidly , causing great harm and impact to the public , severe test of the crisis, emergency and processing power of the society as a whole . In this one , the media plays a vital role in the media as its effect directly and significantly affect the discovery , development and resolution of public crisis . Therefore , the mass media how good crisis events reported to play its social functions is worth exploring . The paper is divided into five chapters to expand on the mass media on the public crisis coverage analysis . First , clarify the basic concepts , to do an overall review of our crisis communication trajectory ; Second, the combination of the media play different functions at different stages , to investigate the causes of the media in public crisis of anomie anomie performance and media performance ; then , the article irrational behavior of the mass media on the public crisis reported reflect the specific case of starting from the actual crisis spread to explore how the media in crisis communication to maintain social balance , and how to coordinate the relationship between the government and the public to ask , and made public the crisis in the media communication strategy .
