Abstract


Unprecedented growth momentum in the sustained and steady development since the global economy into the 21st century , the world economy has entered a phase of unprecedented development , enterprises are facing with excellent opportunities for development in the new century . In the booming high-tech environment , the increasingly fierce market competition , the needs of customers tend to be more diversified and personalized . The virtual enterprise onto the stage of history in this context , compared with the traditional enterprise model , the virtual enterprise business philosophy , the decision-making process to the specific production operations have undergone fundamental changes . And will play an increasingly important role in the enterprise organizational change in the 21st century . Virtual Enterprise is a network composed of various business management domain . From virtual enterprise developers and managers , these domains provide services to clients through the sharing of resources and business processes .
