Abstract

The coexistence of heterogeneous multi-network status of the communications network development , how to efficiently manage network resources has become the most important issue that must be addressed in a heterogeneous network environment . Resource management issues for heterogeneous networks , this paper proposed a hierarchical distributed heterogeneous the cognitive network resource management framework , and describe in detail the functional architecture and interface relations under the framework system . Secondly, based on the heterogeneous network resource management framework , cognitive Internetwork level resource management methods and network-level resource management methods . The gateway resources management method by solving the equations of non-cooperative game theory built , resulting Nash equilibrium allocation of resources. Network-level resource management Wiener prediction of the network 's own estimate of the future state , the estimated value of the network configuration parameters . In this paper, the performance of the resource management method is verified by simulation . Finally , this paper presents a method of the airspace resource management in a heterogeneous network environment . The method uses the precoding and filtering techniques so that the signal airspace orthogonal to achieve the same area coverage of the network use the same frequency resources . Actual network scenarios using OPNET simulation tool to verify that the management methods can be greatly improved network performance indicators .
