Abstract


With the continuous development of the socio-economic , portable products are widely , switching power supply to get faster and faster development . The switching power supply , because of its small size , light weight and high efficiency and widely used in various electronic information equipment . Flyback converter , widely used in high-voltage medium power applications , to promote the rapid development of the challenge of facing the market , switching power supply integration , cost , energy - saving and efficiency have become increasingly demanding . In this paper, AC / DC chip integrated PWM and PSM two modulation mode , select the appropriate modulation mode can be achieved in different load cases , improve the energy conversion efficiency , reduce power consumption . The controller chip pulse width modulator , skip cycle modulator , power switch FET (MOSFET), circuit protection , soft-start circuit , high voltage charging circuit and loop compensation circuitry integrated by high-frequency transformer to the output end of the grid completely isolated , realize the non-frequency transformer isolated switching power monolithic integration . The control chip support for buck , boost, forward and flyback power conversion circuit . The paper first analyzes the basic principles of the flyback converter , PWM, PFM, PSM mode characteristics detailed analysis introduced , and raised the overall architecture of the chip . Then analyze and verify the working principle of the soft-start oscillator , current limit , and error amplifier , the overall circuit simulation , validation PWM / PSM mode switching function and automatic restart function , and standby power consumption analysis . To finalize the layout , using 3μm the BCD technology developed successfully taped , and chip test , the test results in a number of key electrical parameters of the theoretical design comparison analysis, most of the parameters required to verify the reasonableness of chip design . This study flyback converter output DC voltage of 13V , maximum output power of 20W, can be applied to TV, monitors and other portable devices . Its BCD technology , low-pressure modules and pressure modules integrated together , making the chips much smaller
