Abstract


To meet the practical needs of the different levels of corporate medical insurance , the government will encourage qualified enterprises to establish supplementary medical insurance system , the regions in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations to carry out the exploration of different implementation patterns . In this study, in the context of this reality , the three modes of operation - mode of operation of the government , corporate internal mode of operation and market-oriented mode of operation based on the current enterprise supplementary medical insurance comparative analysis , combined with existing empirical studies to make theoretical default , the main parties to meet the needs of social development that is market-oriented operation mode of the enterprise supplementary medical insurance , only the embedded market mechanism enterprise supplementary medical insurance , can really guarantee that its goals and efficient operation . Supplemental health insurance operations background and its effect of Xi'an C enterprise - based embedded research in the study , via a network of relationships embedded economic behavior and institutional networks embedded perspective analysis of the scale of such insurance enterprises in the specific implementation process , the level of insurance benefits changes in disease risk diversification ability , example of a way to adopt market-oriented enterprises in the the SMIP implementation mode selection is in line with the institutional background of the development of the insurance industry as well as the ability to pay of the insured workers and psychological expectations , its specialization and quite efficient the operations management to overcome the the Managers weaknesses of the other mode of operation , which has a strong sustainability . The study shows that the enterprise supplementary medical insurance market operation is still subject to a number of institutional factors , inherent risks and the insurance company limited operational capacity constraints of the real conditions of their health development needs the joint efforts of the main parties . In this process , the Government has to its laws , taxation and market supervision bad environment to create a favorable external ; enterprises should be organized according to their economic strength and industry demand for supplementary medical insurance , risk prevention and long-term development closely ; insurance companies To continuously improve their business service capabilities in the field of medical insurance .
