Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , many of our rural collective economic development of the region soon , has become one of the important pillars of the national economy . With the improvement of the development of market economy and the level of urbanization in rural areas , the rural collective economy of the economically developed regions in China plays an increasingly important role for the increase of farmers' income , and the development of social welfare in rural areas , improving rural landscape . How to manage an increasingly large collective assets to curb the rural grassroots corrupt behavior of breeding from the source , how to strengthen the the rural accounting supervision and restraint mechanisms to prevent and solve the distortion of accounting information , financial management confusion , has become to promote clean government and social the key to the smooth progress of the socialist market economy .
