Abstract


Pension insurance is the core of the social security . Pension insurance for transferring the contents of the most important . January 1, 2010 , China adopted the \The way for the insured in the pension insurance relationship problems brought by the provinces, municipalities and interval liquidity employment guidance and reference approach . However , the introduction of the system is not the old-age insurance system for transferring an \The purpose of this writing is to dissect the current situation and existing problems for transferring pension insurance , and , combined with the actual situation of our own and then learn from the advanced experience on the basis of proposed effective countermeasures and suggestions on improving this mechanism . This paper briefly describes the background of this article and method of the study , pointed out the the article innovation and insufficient . Secondly, the concepts and theoretical basis , and as a basis to compare domestic and foreign pension insurance for transferring patterns and policies . Subsequently, borrowed national statistics and survey analysis , a brief description of the current situation and problems of China 's pension insurance relationship . The next combined with our own problems , and to dissect difficult to build one of the mechanisms , such as the conflict between the interests of the existing financial system is the important factor to hinder the system construction . Finally , on the basis of international experience , in close connection with the status quo and the reasons before analysis to focus on social equity perspective countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the mechanism for transferring pension insurance relationship .
