Abstract


In recent years , China's central government has attached great importance to rural financial reform , the introduction of a number of important reform initiatives , especially the introduction of new financial institutions directly to make the overall situation of China's rural financial obvious changes in the rural market competitive structure and financial supply improved. What aspects of the problem, and how to implement new financial institutions in the pilot process facing the benign development of new institutions , is a hot topic in recent years, domestic scholars widely discussed and research . On the basis of summing up the global small financial institutions, the rise and evolution of the characteristics of China 's new rural financial institutions to introduce background aspects of the development process and played an active role in the system are summarized . Then as a logical starting point for financial harmonious symbiosis theory , focuses on the the rural market various financial institutions and mutualism development mode select , and how new institutions and other financial organizations mutualism theoretical discussion . At the same time , the use of the analytic hierarchy process to build a new financial institution of sustainable development of an empirical model of influencing factors , combined with expert scoring method , systematic examination of the internal and external factors affecting the development of financial institutions , summed up the argument product business innovation capability to influence the development of new institutions the most important factor . Finally, the conclusions of the analysis of the previous chapter , from their own organizations to improve the ability of financial institutions to enhance , two aspects of the government building and optimize the environment and support system to promote the new rural financial institutions to achieve the sound development of policy recommendations .
