Abstract


In recent years, China’s rapid economic growth, reform, dividends have become increasingly prominent, especially economic development situation of the southeastern coastal city and some inland areas of good Rural financial organization and financial market model to form an effective service of rural capital, emergence of new financial institutions and their service is to fill in the blanks. To serve the "three rural" as the focus, in order to meet the demand for loans to farmers and agricultural enterprises and rural economic organizations. However, the new rural financial institutions in the West there are still many problems in the process of construction and development. In this paper, taking Qingyang city as an example, research on the development of new rural financial institutions in the west. At the same time, learning from foreign experience success, to enhance social awareness, accelerate the reform of human resources, broaden the financing channels, to the countryside, agriculture and farmers, the innovation of financial tools, increase policy support and other related countermeasures.
