Abstract


With the acceleration of the process of globalization , countries have to reduce tariff rates and trade barriers , anti-dumping trade protection measures more and more attention of Governments , an outbreak of the international financial crisis in recent years especially in tight economic situation , the national trade protection the rise of China 's frequently subjected to foreign anti-dumping investigation , the United States is China 's anti-dumping investigations initiated one of the largest countries . Enterprises have been subjected to anti-dumping investigations in the United States in China by foreign direct investment in order to circumvent the anti-dumping . However , process during direct investment , China's enterprises are still a lot of problems , and the anti-dumping and foreign direct investment has yet to be verified , and Chinese enterprises how to choose between exports and investment in the face of anti-dumping issues are worth the subject of the study . Firstly, starting from both theoretical and practical aspects , analyzes the feasibility of direct investment due to anti-dumping , and the feasibility of price competition model in the theoretical aspects of economics significance of Japan to avoid U.S. anti-dumping practice , for example that our country should be what draw . Then detailed expounded the United States on China's anti-dumping status quo , of the U.S. direct investment in the Chinese enterprises to the United States direct investment intentions survey summarizes further by ARDL model empirical test out the United States on China initiated the anti-dumping investigation on the following The year of promoting direct investment in the United States . On this basis , come to our enterprise suggestions to circumvent U.S. anti-dumping investigation , and direct investment , respectively, from the anti-circumvention problem , the principal investor, mode of entry as well as the choice of the industry to start on this aspects .
