Abstract


Wave of trade liberalization in the 1970s, sweeping across the world , to cut tariff barriers to trade almost become the consensus of all countries to participate in international trade to share the fruits of economic globalization , many international multilateral trade negotiations such as the Doha Round of negotiations so that the implementation of tariff barriers to trade space a step-by-step compression , which makes the anti-dumping non-tariff trade barriers found their fists opportunity , China's foreign trade is in this context , expand and gradually made ??brilliant achievements , but doomed anti-dumping non-tariff barriers to trade \EU anti-dumping to the first half of 2010 , China has suffered from nearly 30 countries from the 1018 anti-dumping investigation , the anti-dumping investigation number since 1979, China has been suffering consecutive 16 years topped the list , therefore , to explore the foreign anti-dumping influencing factors behind the motivation to master foreign anti-dumping trend of China's export enterprises , and thus to take timely measures to prevent and respond to anti-dumping is particularly necessary . Absorption and the adoption of foreign anti-dumping influencing factors in the existing literature and in-depth analysis , combined with article research angle select all anti-dumping in combing the basis of the existing domestic and foreign literature , have a greater impact the variables on the basis of a detailed analysis of its filter out the international anti-dumping environment , several variables of the real effective exchange rate of the renminbi , China's export trade surplus , and the introduction of a system variable ( WTO) and the economic crisis dummy variable to 1980-2010 years for the sample space , respectively on foreign China anti-dumping ' survey and the final anti- dumping measures the impact of factors conducted empirical analysis , results show that since 1980 , foreign China anti-dumping ' investigations and final measures are mainly affected by the institutional factors and economic crisis factors RMB real effective exchange rate , and the trade surplus of China's exports has little to do with the international anti-dumping environment .
