Abstract


Modular organization in services , the formation of the production functions of the service sector is no longer just completed independently by a vertically integrated enterprise , but by the modular organization of member companies to jointly complete across their respective borders . Services modular organization based on collaboration between the member companies , improve market resilience and productivity at the same time , is also facing a huge management challenge . Services modular organization , coordination and control of more complex disorders because of the lack of effective coordination mechanisms . Therefore , in-depth analysis of the problem of coordination between the members of the enterprise in the service sector in the modular organization has an important role in promoting and build reasonable coordination mechanism for the Services modular organization of collaboration . From the perspective of the network organization and coordination between the members of the enterprise in the service sector in the modular organization , systematic analysis of the characteristics of the service industry modular organization , summed up the need to coordinate the organization of the three elements , then presents a service industry module organization for three coordination mechanisms, including interface management mechanism , the mechanism of trust and knowledge sharing mechanism . Interface management mechanism through standardization , the goal of integration , and distribution of benefits to achieve good trust mechanism needed for the operation of credit rating mechanism, incentive mechanism to maintain the joint action of the mechanism , to play the role of knowledge sharing mechanism is needed in the service sector in the modular organization establish a shared platform , shared culture , a shared system to be guaranteed . Finally, the banking sector to fund settlement - based modular organization as an example analysis of the specific application of the above three coordination mechanisms , interaction of only three coordination mechanisms , in order to promote the collaboration of the member companies in the services sector in the modular organization to ensure that the service sector the modular organization 's long-term and stable development .
