Abstract


Sustainable growth of enterprises is the premise of the enterprise to achieve other goals, each of the companies are expected to have a high speed of development, but people see reality is many companies manifested slowdown, or even recession, and the demise of the phenomenon, enterprises are unable to maintain the rapid pace of development, high mortality is common. But why, in the face of the same external market environment conditions, there are many companies to maintain the rapid pace of development? What causes the fate of different enterprises are different? What factors determine the growth rate and survival? Research enterprise growth theory has important significance for the theory and practice of community and value. Scholars from the multi-faceted and multi-angle study enterprise growth theory, which factors of endogenous growth theory start to explore the determinants of business growth from internal resources and capabilities within the enterprise as a decisive factor for promoting business growth the technical capabilities of the enterprise as one of the factors that constitute its core competitiveness, a sense also determines the competitive advantage of enterprises, thereby affecting the growth rate of the enterprise. Speed ??according to different corporate growth, we can usually growth mode is divided into three categories: sustainable growth model, convergence-type growth mode and degenerate growth model based on the perspective of evolution from the technological capabilities of enterprises to study different enterprises the growth mode. Firstly, starting from the concepts and theories of technical capabilities and business growth model, discussed in detail the evolution of technical capabilities and business growth mechanism of action, and then propose a conceptual framework for a technical capacity rate of change in business growth mode; Secondly, this paper learning theory and the theory of knowledge management, the establishment of a mathematical model, the systematic study of the technical capacity of endogenous evolution of business growth model decision-making mechanism; again, in-depth analysis of three different business growth model concept, characteristics and motivation , combined with the case study; Subsequently, on the basis of theoretical analysis, the influencing factors of different business growth mode selection study, and asked the enterprises from the industry level and corporate level to optimize these factors to select optimal growth model; Finally, this paper summarizes the conclusions of this study and future research outlook.
