Abstract


With the continuous progress of science and technology and the growing economic development in the era of knowledge economy, the market customers continue to raise expectations for the product, the pursuit of personalized and diversification of products, which makes enterprises are facing shorten product delivery time, the continuous improvement of the product The pressure and quality of service. To this end, the company has only improved agility competitiveness, to continue to develop all kinds of products to meet customer needs, in order to respond quickly to changing market demands, maintain a dominant position in the market competition. In order to overcome the single enterprise in the production and management of knowledge in the era of knowledge economy, shortages, companies need to continue to learn from the upstream and downstream in the supply chain of complementary advantages resources, the development of all kinds of knowledge sharing product knowledge management through the supply chain. At the same time, the characteristics of agile supply chain management with its focus on inter-firm alliances and business process integration, upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain to work together in all aspects of product innovation, thus shortening the product development time listed, to achieve rapid response to market changing needs of the target. Therefore, knowledge management and agile supply chain management are two new management ideas combined to play an important role for the enterprises to cope with the fast changing market environment in the era of knowledge economy. In this paper, the theory analysis, investigation and analysis and other methods, and the related case study agile supply chain knowledge management and management issues. Based on elaborate concepts and characteristics of agile supply chain, have targeted the supporting role of knowledge management to build agile supply chain, build agile supply chain-oriented knowledge management system below Research. Agile supply chain knowledge management level and main level assessment elements of investigation and analysis, to verify the feasibility of this thesis, the theoretical analysis. And on this basis, the combined organization's life cycle theory and build a knowledge-based business process management process framework set forth the specific implementation process.
