Abstract


The development of a knowledge-based economy to speed up the process of global economic integration . The high-tech industry , its representatives strength of the new era of economic model , improving the quality of the original industrial restructuring and urbanization is accelerating the development and growth around the world of high-tech park . Around the science and technology park development in China are also springing up , while the industry gradually establish a sound management system and market mechanism for promoting the socio-economic and urban development has brought great benefits. As an important carrier to enhance the city 's economy , science and technology park is a place where people carry out the production, research and development , and establishments engaged in ancillary services , but also the habitat of people's lives . With the increasing pursuit of quality of life in the city , the environment of the Science and Technology Park construction should beautify the initial investment environment and medium-term stable industry environment toward harmony living environment . From this point of view , China's Science and Technology Park in the mature industrial chain of economic, cultural and ecological environment construction , there is still a long way to go . In this paper, the planning and design study of the Science and Technology Park based on the introduction of the concept of the spirit of place , learn through spaces theoretical and practical case studies to explore the characteristics of the development of the Science and Technology Park Road . As a basic research point of view of this paper , it is the spirit of place is the characteristics of the space environment and its stability and development , but precisely because of the existence and development of the space environment is inseparable from behind the activities and the socio - economic and cultural backgrounds , to create and establish high-quality the space environment definitely need to join social and human science perspective , and vice versa from the multifaceted feedback and affect society as a whole . It is through the analysis of the Science and Technology Park Area and the urban environment , the use of multidisciplinary analysis and integrated to determine the positioning and direction of development of the park , mining park spaces characteristics and culture of the park the social atmosphere of culture , to create vibrant economy, Technology Park Habitat the harmonious development of the natural and social environment constructive suggestions and methods .
