Abstract


With the deepening of China's reform and highly developed market economy, many companies in pursuit of high profits, appears in the production and operation of many moral anomie phenomenon. Not only limit the long-term development of the enterprise, and also many hazards and the adverse effects of the society, such as the production of fake and shoddy products, violations of consumers' rights and interests, fraud, breach of contract, the pollution of the environment and so on. Corporate profit-driven nature of play to the extreme, and only see companies should enjoy the rights, but they ignore their own obligations towards our society. Enterprises form part of the cells of the socio-economic, it is both the economic activities of the participants, is the main bearer of social responsibility, corporate obligation to enhance the building of business ethics, social responsibility more responsibility, so the study of business ethics is not only feasible and necessary. Of this research program is through the understanding of the meaning of business ethics, summarizes the contents of the business ethics based discusses business ethics based on solving practical problems. The text is divided into four chapters, as follows: Chapter 1 is an introduction. Leads to the basic idea of ??the enterprises operating in the ethical reasons, purpose, meaning, and its research. The second chapter is part of a comprehensive theoretical explanation of business ethics. Clarify the basic meaning of morality, moral, economic and social role, and then outlines the business and corporate ethics concepts and the relationship between the two, given the basic content of business ethics, and systematic analysis of the need for established business ethics . The third chapter is a comprehensive summary of contemporary business and moral status quo in terms of both performance. Further analysis of the reasons for the lack of business in moral not only aspects of the enterprise itself, while not perfect, the social morality adverse environmental impact are closely related with China's market economic system. Chapter IV discusses the construction of corporate ethics dilemma based on hidden, enterprise explicit and corporate social enterprise discusses more specific proposed effective way of building business ethics. From theoretical understanding to practical research, the article pointed out the direction for the healthy development of China's enterprises. Finally, there is the conclusion. Come to the level of moral development in a way represents a country's overall level of development and social level of civilization. Therefore, both the enterprise's own emphasis on business ethics construction in turn requires the joint efforts of government and society in many aspects, and fundamentally improve the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises and the formation of a good market environment.
