Abstract


Taylor 's scientific management theory was born , marking the human management activities into the theory and practice of mutual promotion stage , management theory began to study the work efficiency and scientific management . In the matter of the management phase Taylor \the emphasis was more than a man . Scientific management to promote the development of management practices , but to some extent stifled humanity , and hinder the development of the productive forces . With the mutual promotion of management theory and practice , management development toward becoming more humanized management to enter into the modern this management stage . The management is the management of the traditional material of this sublation both attach importance to the management of science at the same time focus on the role . Enterprise management major change to the modern enterprise has brought new blood and vitality . People-oriented management is respected by many modern enterprises . Due to the impact of the logic of capital , people management , there are many defects . Therefore , building Marxist theory this is particularly important to management thinking . Foreword and conclusion of the paper in addition to a total of four parts : the preamble of the thesis topics of reason and innovation .
