Abstract


With the increasing competition of municipal construction market , the situation in the face of declining market share , each municipal enterprises are faced with enormous pressure of survival . Municipal enterprises as a special nature , in the face of pressure from first to Lianhaoneigong from financial management to find a breakthrough , and how to improve financial management in the current situation , for enterprises to reduce costs , increase profit margins , improve the efficiency of the use of funds , to avoid the risk of great significance , its enterprise management changes , establish a modern management system . In this paper, the theoretical knowledge of modern financial management combined with the characteristics of municipal enterprises , municipal enterprise financial management theory , describing the the municipal enterprise financial management objectives, content , principles and methods ; based on the financial management of Dezhou Municipal Corporation the status quo through the analysis of its financial management , focusing on the problems of financial management , capital management, cost management, risk management analysis ; and found the appropriate solution ways and programs . Enterprise management features for the enterprise of its financial management mechanisms were perfect ; developed funds management mode by selecting the appropriate capital management system and other measures to establish efficient capital management in the enterprise funds management ; costs in the enterprise management , through the development of cost control system, improve the organization, and develop evaluation mechanism established effective cost control system ; financial risk in the corporate financial risk , by identifying the focus of financial risk , risk identification , prevention links The early warning system . Dezhou Municipal Corporation 's financial management problems , improve and strengthen the financial management of small and medium-sized municipal enterprises have a certain referential significance .
