Abstract


The cost of quality is an important manifestation of the total quality management is an important measure of corporate quality management system of the pros and cons of factors . Article in the home and abroad, the cost of quality management theory on the basis of Hebei the Hankuang Heavy enterprise as the research object , using the theoretical and empirical , quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the combination of research methods , the cost of day-to-day control of the quality , data imputation , accounting and analysis of the status quo to do the in-depth investigation . Quality cost management theory to the quantitative analysis of the cost of quality control data , by analyzing data found the Hankuang heavy industry enterprises in the quality cost control : the cost of quality management system is imperfect , and the various departments in the management process convergence with the poor , and attaches great importance to product quality led to increase the cost of quality , cost of quality data collection and analysis is not comprehensive .
