Abstract


With the global economic integration and knowledge revolution continue in-depth development , and the important role of small and medium enterprises in the social economy more and more attention , either developed countries or regions , developing countries and regions , are actively support small and medium-sized enterprise development issues . At present, China's enterprises has accounted for more than 99% of the total number of enterprises in promoting economic growth , expanding employment , technological innovation , export played an irreplaceable role in many aspects , but such an important role in its operating environment in which the \status \development , lack of substantial support for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises . The administrative department for industry and commerce as an important government economic departments of its existence , development and SMEs are inseparable , its role in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the study is also an important one for government to support the development of SMEs in research . Start from the definition and role of small and medium enterprises and systematic analysis of the need for government support the development of SMEs , on the one hand, from the theoretical level , on the other hand from our reality demonstration to support SME development is the objective requirements of the development of China's economic health . Licang SMEs development , for example, developed by local SME development status , problems and local industrial and commercial administration departments to support the development of SMEs in the status quo , a comprehensive analysis of the administrative department for industry and commerce to support small and medium enterprises problems in the development , and further asked the administrative department for industry and commerce solutions to support the development of SMEs .
