The planning and design of the assembly line is a very important problem in the field of facilities planning , it involves many optimization problems , such as equipment selection, task allocation, equipment layout and operational strategies . This thesis is both simple flexible assembly line and flexible assembly line with a parallel device assembly line for these two types of optimization problems , focusing on equipment selection and task allocation to conduct research . Equipment operators process the energy costs of the paper , based on the time-driven activity-based costing , a cost accounting method . Limited production time limits and workstation number for a class of simple and flexible assembly line design problem , consider the assembly line equipment purchase costs and operating energy costs , and minimize the total cost of the assembly line to optimize the design of the model , and deduced the lower bound of the model . According to the characteristics of the model , the design of a specific encoding method , and combined penalty function method and the genetic algorithm to achieve a new optimization algorithm . With example experiments show that the algorithm is effective and strong applicability for all sizes . Flexible assembly line design problem for a class of workstation number uncertain , with a parallel device , the introduction of the concept of parallel weighting coefficients to minimize the total cost of the assembly line optimization design model , where the total cost , including the cost of purchase of equipment and the equipment operational energy consumption costs. Heuristic greedy algorithm to solve the model . And discusses the impact of the different parallel weighting coefficient selection and weighting coefficient of the different parameters in the selection of the solutions of the model .
