Urbanization and farmland productivity change are two real problems facing humanity. China is now in the stage of urbanization and cultivated land productivity dramatic changes. The one hand, the rapid urbanization in the country in an unstoppable momentum to start being a profound impact on the socio-economic aspects; the other hand, China's large population, high proportion of agricultural population, the issue of food security can not be ignored. It is based on the increasingly acute contradictions of the current situation of the development of urbanization and maintain farmland productivity, this paper study, quantitative study of the impact of the urbanization of farmland productivity through the establishment of the index system model. Paper selected from 1987 to 2005, 53 of the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain City for the study, first of all, is extracted from the remote sensing images Huang-Huai-Hai Plain municipalities building land area, combined with the proportion of non-farm population to measure the rate of urbanization; Secondly, the use of arable land productivity estimation system (ESAP) estimate the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain of arable land productivity using GIS spatial analysis function analysis of the spatial distribution of the arable land productivity and evolution; again, by building econometric models, combined with qualitative analysis, parsing the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain urbanization on farmland productivity affect the extent and mechanism of action; land use dynamic simulation system (DLS) and the farmland productivity estimates (ESAP), respectively, to simulate the 2020 Municipalities of construction land and arable land productivity changes; Finally, the development status and trends in the slow urbanization premise of the process, improve the the farmland productivity measures and recommendations. The study shows that, to speed up the urbanization process and to improve the level of productivity of arable land, and the two affect each other, mutual restraint. Urbanization of farmland productivity impact in a short period of time is mainly affected by the demographic, socio-economic, investment, the impact of the location and nature of other exogeneity variable, and urbanization and farmland productivity to improve controlled closely associated with the process driving factor reflects the combined effect of the levels of the driving force of the man and the environment of this coupling system different organizations, and are often reflected in the driving force between the integrated synergy, various driving force combined in various ways to enhance or diminish its environmental between the effects of the process or the driving force. Huang-Huai-Hai Plain at this stage of arable land productivity improved, still largely dependent on the improvement of the economic level of the community as a whole, labor, the increase of production inputs and superior geographic conditions. Optimize the process of urbanization and cultivated land productivity relationship, one to raise the degree of urban land intensive use, to reduce the encroachment of high-quality farmland; Second, it is necessary to promote the city of arable land financed investment, improve the utilization of arable land investment; Third, it is necessary to optimize the structure of land use transformation of low-grade farmland; Fourth, we must strengthen the application of new technologies to improve farmland productivity; Fifth, we must improve the quality of workers.
