Abstract


Water resources are a strategic resource of a country's economic and social development can not be replaced, and the rational use of water resources, and actively explore to improve water use efficiency in the form of the important tasks of the present and future. In January 2011, the Central Document No. 1 officially released, water development has become another important issues relating to the social stability and development after following the \According to Water Resources Bulletin, China's agricultural water consumption accounts for about 66% of the total water consumption of the social, industrial, social, public water supply and other water accounted for only 34% of the total water consumption in society. Agriculture is the major water users, but also large fee water, conservation of water resources has great potential. Especially in arid and semi-arid areas, the situation of water shortage is more severe, and the possibility of speeding up the process of diffusion of agricultural water-saving technology, water-saving agriculture development, thus contributing to the sustainable development of our society has a very important significance. Currently, China's agricultural production, small scale application of agricultural water-saving technologies, the use of lower frequency. How to develop agricultural water-saving technology has become one of the outstanding problems facing the development of modern agriculture, and for the study of the problem, most scholars from farmers adopted the behavioral point of view to explore the diffusion of agricultural water-saving technology. I believe that on the basis of previous studies, a part of the adoption behavior of farmers with agricultural water-saving technology diffusion, but farmers adoption behavior merely agricultural water-saving technology diffusion. In this paper, the theory of technology diffusion detailed combing based on the specific characteristics of the combination of agricultural water-saving technologies, to build a system of agricultural water-saving technology diffusion; agricultural water-saving technology diffusion environment and Analytic Hierarchy Process evaluation of the impact of environmental factors; combination of the environmental impact of agricultural water-saving technology diffusion, agricultural water-saving technology diffusion clarity is classified as a dynamic mechanism, incentive - restraint mechanism and the conduction mechanism of three important mechanisms of agricultural water-saving technologies interaction of internal and external bad environment and agricultural water-saving technology diffusion mechanism of agricultural water-saving technology diffusion; on this basis, combined with the actual situation of China's agricultural development of water-saving technologies, explore conducive to promoting existing production systems and mode China's agricultural technology diffusion optimization program. Agricultural water-saving technology diffusion mechanism as a research focus, from a deeper, broader perspective to explore all aspects of agricultural water-saving technology diffusion influencing factors, in order to promote the further development of the agricultural water-saving technology in China.
