Abstract


With the rapid development of China's socio-economic, national statistical offices, government decision-making departments and public statistical work also put forward higher requirements: the need for statistical information and the comprehensive integration of spatial information resources, you need a comprehensive and in-depth statistical analysis and more timely better statistical services. This thesis support comes from key technology research and application of national statistics remote sensing business systems \information systems technology, spatial data mining technology led rural socio-economic data digitization, assisted decision-making more scientific and space technology. Since the reform and opening up, China's sustained and rapid economic growth at the same time, the income of residents continue to improve, continue to improve the quality of life, but the income gap between residents in the region continue to increase. Differences in regional development, has always been one of the core issues of empirical research in regional economics. In the past two decades, the study of regional disparities in income experienced in two phases, the first phase of the research to growth theory, the theory of this period without considering the space effect on economic growth and regional differences; second stage, as represented by the spatial econometrics, economic geography and spatial attributes of this period of economic data started being taken seriously, spatial analysis methods and spatial statistical methods. However, these methods of spatial analysis is still just statistics for a time, is still a lack of methods for the analysis of the spatial and temporal data. Regional disparities in income both spatial attributes and time attributes, how to analyze regional income distribution pattern on the space and its evolution in time, challenge traditional analysis methods. In this paper, the problem of regional disparities in income, the dual characteristics of time and space from the socio-economic data on existing exploratory spatial data analysis methods to be extended in the time dimension, and the development of the regional differences in exploratory spatial and temporal data analysis module provides The regional income uneven estimates and spatial dynamics analysis functions. Finally this paper, the spatial and temporal data points method of exploratory analysis of the unbalanced nature of the 1985-2008 years, provinces and autonomous regions in rural residents' per capita income and the spatial pattern evolution.
