Abstract


With China's rapid economic development , the gap between urban and rural areas gradually increase , how to solve this imbalance dual economic structure , reversing the workers and peasants gap, the gap between urban and rural areas , the trend of widening regional disparities , accelerating the development of the rural economy , a major problem in the current regional economic development . The integration of urban and rural areas is to meet this trend , promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas , to eliminate the dual structure , narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas , of building a well-off society and modernization of important strategic initiatives . For the study of urban-rural integration , in theory , background , dynamic mechanism more still in the exploratory stage , but in how to implement specific . Each region according to their natural economic and cultural conditions , to explore comprehensive consideration of all aspects of urban and rural development road . , Weinan City 's urban and rural integration has made ??some achievements, the initial formation of the integration of urban and rural development model with local characteristics . Weinan City level rapid development , but also in the process of development , many issues , such as compensation and employment of landless peasants , industrial layout . These are serious constraints Weinan City to promote urban-rural integration process . Therefore, the study of the practice of urban-rural integration process of Weinan City , has important theoretical and practical significance . In this paper, through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis , as well as a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods . In a deeper level , to explore the urban-rural integration of the municipal area to break through their own limitations , really towards the integration of urban-rural relations . Weinan City, the urban-rural integration development pattern to be formed on the following aspects should start : population, development and the level of urbanization , industrial development and layout planning , resource protection and utilization of space control , critical infrastructure , and social services facilities planning , ecological the construction and protection of the environment as well as space control integrated development strategy , form a well-developed infrastructure and a more comprehensive network of social service facilities in urban and rural areas . Body of Weinan City development process by drawing on research at home and abroad , some preliminary countermeasures and suggestions .
