Abstract

Uneven regional development is the inevitable problems encountered by each of the countries and regions in the process of economic development, it is related to the sustained and healthy development of the regional economy and social stability, and its essence is the coordination of the fairness and efficiency of economic growth. Urban and rural and regional development has become the focus of the central and local governments at all levels. Along with the deepening of the rise of the tide of globalization and market-oriented reforms, uneven regional development from the late 1980s to study again the rise of new development methodology and theory, economics and geography, particularly human capital geospatial factors in the study of economic growth is a renewed emphasis on the convergence theory and classical convergence theories have been criticized due to the lack of space and time perspective, which also triggered a new debate on regional development issues. After the reform and opening up, China has implemented economic reform and opening, the pattern of regional development has undergone tremendous change, coastal and inland areas of regional development gap is widening. On the basis of the papers in the existing literature, the first regional development theory and current research status of combing prominent discussion of endogenous growth and agglomeration economies in regional economic growth mechanism, on this basis, by calculating the county per capita GDP visual the unbalanced index and space to study the temporal and spatial characteristics of the County Economic growth differences, as well as different county unit in Henan Province in the past three decades, the per capita GDP the nich index and stage of development characteristics; using exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA) studied the County Economic growth spatial autocorrelation and spatial differentiation characteristics; Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR), the in-depth analysis of the impact of factors affecting the County Economic growth differences reveals within the County Economic growth mechanism. Main draw the following conclusions: globalization and market economic reform has had a profound influence on the county economic development of Henan, Henan Province, the social economy has made great progress, especially county economic vitality of the market has been more fully release give full play to the comparative advantages of the place, but because of the historical basis for many other reasons, the absolute differences of regional economic growth in Henan Province and the relative differences are larger. Rate difference was the relative development of the different regions of Henan Province, the areas with the highest relative development rate is a minimum area of ??8.82 times, the development of more than 60% of the county unit rate is less than 1.0, the geographical distribution of the high-value areas and low areas relatively concentrated. Most of the county is in the middle stage of industrialization, there is still a part of the county is in the preparation stage of industrialization. See from the composition characteristics of the regional differences, the Henan Province regional differences constitute the main differences between urban and rural areas, regional economic disparities between urban and rural municipal districts, counties and county-level cities constitute the largest and volatile changes in trends; county between differences slowly growing trend, which constitute the main body of the regional differences in Henan Province. Between the four major economic zone and the differences in economic growth between the provincial cities, and the change has been slow. County economic development in Henan Province were positively correlated in space, and constantly enhance self-relevance, areas with similar levels of economic development in the gathering space trends. The presence of non-stationarity of the space, factors affecting regional economic development in Henan Province geographically weighted regression model with higher model fit than the method of least squares regression model can explain 71.56% of the 2008 County Economic growth differences. Industrial structure, traffic location conditions, resource endowments the county unit economic development in Henan Province is the most significant.
